Nickelodeon has secured Rainbow's "Winx Club" for U.S. television rights and pay–TV rights for Latin America, Canada, the U.K., New Zealand and Benelux. The kids' network has also acquired merchandising rights to the property in the territories.

Character World has signed an exclusive deal with Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products to design and produce a full range of home textiles for fans of the hit TV series "Glee." Bedding will be available this Christmas with additional products set to launch from spring 2011 onwards.

Aardman Rights has finalized an exclusive all–rights deal with U'young Media in China for its "Shaun the Sheep" (seasons 1 and 2) and "Timmy Time" (seasons 1, 2 and 3). As part of the exclusive all–rights deal, U'young will manage DVD, toy and publishing for both series, which they expect to launch from spring 2011.
