"VeggieTales" to Brand Kids' Eyewear

Eyes of Faith Optical has been tapped by Big Idea Entertainment to produce the first range of "VeggieTales"-branded eyewear for children.

The line will be available Q1 2011 by wholesale distribution through independently owned and operated optical practices. Eyes of Faith will donate 10 percent of gross sales each year to support missions work.

"This is the first-ever VeggieTales license for children's eyewear and Eyes of Faith is the perfect partner with not only quality products, but a heart for philanthropy," says Brian Mitchell, Big Idea Entertainment's director of marketing and licensing.
