TIA Renews Search for Home Base; Conley Resigns
It?s been a busy week for the Toy Industry Association. The association revoked its decision to make Manhattan?s 100 Church Street the new home of the toy industry. A new location for the 2006 American International Fall Toy Show is expected by December 15, 2005. A search for a new president also is underway after Tom Conley resigned for personal reasons. Conley will stay on until March 1, 2006, to guide the association through Toy Fair and the transition to the new leadership.
