Toys ‘R’ Us has debuted new Trick ‘R’ Treat Boo-Tiques in stores across the U.S. and online, stocked with Halloween must-haves.
The in-store shops will feature Halloween costumes, accessories, candy and gear, with online content including games, pumpkin-carving tips and spooky movies.
“At Toys“R”Us, we are excited to offer a one-stop-shop for families looking to make their Halloween frightfully fun,” says Lisa Harnisch, senior vice president, general merchandise manager, Toys ‘R’ Us, U.S. “From the year’s hottest costumes for kids and innovative dress-up themes for the whole family, to eerie décor and online activities, we are dedicated to providing our customers with affordable, on-trend merchandise for the Halloween season.”
Among the offerings for trick-or-treaters of all sizes are:
- Babies: A range of costumes for baby’s first Halloween in sizes newborn to 24 months with offerings like Captain America and Cap’n Stinker.
- Boys: Superhero costumes top the list year with get-ups for Batman, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Superman Man of Steel, Power Rangers, Buzz Lightyear and Mike and Sulley from Monsters University.
- Girls: Disney’s newest princess, Sofia the First, is getting top billing for girls this year alongside all the other Disney Princesses, as well as Sully from Monsters University and Doc McStuffins.
- Tweens: What better inspiration for Halloween than Monster High. Older girls can also dress up as the Crystal Witches or the fairies of Winx Club.
In addition to costumes, TRU is also featuring a range of other Halloween gear like Brand Castle baking products such as Crayola Halloween Candy Corn Cookie Baking Kit and pumpkin carving kits.
