Saban, McDonald's Team Up

Saban Brands and McDonald’s continued their long-running partnership with the launch of Power Rangers and Paul Frank Happy Meals on Friday.

The limited edition toys will be featured in Happy Meals in the U.S. and Canada until Sept. 20.

The Power Rangers Happy Meals feature eight Power Ranger action figures and role play toys based on “Power Rangers Super Samurai,” currently airing on Nickelodeon. Each meal also includes a Super Samurai badge and instructions on how to do Ranger Jacks–jumping jacks Power Ranger-style.

The Paul Frank Happy Meals feature eight limited edition items based on the brand’s Julius the Monkey character.

“We are so excited to continue our long-standing partnership with McDonald’s,” says Elie Dekel, president, Saban Brands. “It is only fitting that as we get ready to celebrate 20 years of Power Rangers, we continue our work with McDonald’s, encouraging kids to lead healthy lifestyles with fun and fitness. And nothing is more fun for kids than finding Julius as part of your Happy Meal.”
