Rainbow is broadening its agreement with licensing agency Planeta Junior. The company will now represent Rainbow’s portfolio in France, in addition to the previously announced Spain territory.
“We are delighted to extend our relationship with Planeta Junior, and it is a pleasure to have them as our agent in France,” says Antonella Ceraso, country manager, Rainbow Group. “We are looking forward to a successful future.”
“It is an honor and a great opportunity for our French office to be working with Rainbow who are an incredible source of ideas in both the content they produce and the products they design,” says Diego Ibanez, commercial director, Planeta Junior. “I am convinced that Planeta Junior France, with Helene Lancelin at the head, will keep up the spectacular record of success that properties such as Winx have had over the last ten years.”
The new agreement expands the global network for Rainbow properties such as The Winx Club, Pop Pixie and Mia and me. In addition to the new France and Spain agreements with Planeta, agents are now in place in Greece, Portugal, Eastern Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Australia, Latin America, Turkey, Germany, Benelux, Israel, the Middle East and South Africa.
