International brand management company PGS Entertainment has announced a major restructuring that includes several new additions to its licensing division, which it plans to expand significantly.
Richard Bickersteth from Looking Forward Productions has signed on as a consultant for the company’s toys and games global licensing strategy and Laure Cubeau has been promoted to head of operations where she will manage PGS’s new digital delivery system for broadcasters and licensees.
In other executive appointments, Guy Soutter has been named as the company’s first chief financial officer and Charlotte Selignan has been appointed as head of marketing.
PGS Entertainment properties include series and shorts such as “The Little Prince” from Method Animation, “Iron Man Armored Adventures” from Method Animation and Marvel, “Stan Lee’s Mighty Seven” and “The Secret KidVenture Club” featuring Warren Buffet.
Looking Forward Productions’ Bickersteth, formerly served as vice president of international entertainment and licensing for Hasbro. He will help PGS build its licensing business on a consultancy basis.
Cubeau, who has been with PGS since 2010, is now responsible for customer relations and licensing management.
Soutter, a 30-year banking industry professional, joins PGS as the company’s first CFO. Before joining the company, Soutter was president of Oberon, a capital development and growth equity company based in Paris.
Selignan joins PGS from Chi Fou Mi Productions in Paris.
