Silvergate Media has partnered with Super RTL for the broadcast and merchandising of its Peter Rabbit brand across German-speaking territories including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Alto Aldige, Northern Italy.

They have been an excellent representative for our other property, Octonauts, for a number of years, and we look forward to expanding our relationship and the opportunities that this deal creates for the Peter Rabbit brand,” says Ron Allen, senior vice president, consumer products, EMEA, Silvergate Media.
The licensing and merchandising deal includes both incarnations of Beatrix Potter’s iconic rabbit–the classic publishing property and Silvergate’s new CGI-animated TV program. Activity planned for the brand includes promotions, live entertainment, music, magazine publishing and home entertainment with the television launch providing synergy between on-air and off-air activity.
Co-produced with Penguin U.K. and Nickelodeon U.S., the new “Peter Rabbit” animated series (50 x 11) launched on Super RTL’s Toggolino in November 2013
