NFL Players Inc., the marketing and licensing arm of the NFL Players Association, and Stylinity, a social commerce platform, announced a licensing agreement that will allow NFL players to share their fashion styles on social media.
Fans who like the items their favorite NFL player is wearing can click on the “I Want It” button in the Shoppable Selfie, and the product will be placed in their e-commerce shopping cart on the participating brand’s website.
“We’re always seeking new and different ways for players to expand their marketability and connect with their fans,” says Steve Scebelo, vice president, licensing and business development, NFLPI. “Teaming up with an emerging company like Stylinity allows players to stay on the cutting edge of new and innovative technology while leveraging our ability to strengthen personal brands.”
