MLB Swings into BLE

 

Major League Baseball, which is represented by IMG Worldwide, will exhibit at Brand Licensing Europe for the first time ever this year.

One of the world’s biggest and best-known sports brands, MLB will exhibit in the new Brands section of BLE. The show takes place Oct. 15-17 at London’s Olympia exhibition hall.

"We are proud to be bringing one of our longest-standing clients, Major League Baseball, and its teams such as the New York Yankees and LA Dodgers, to BLE this year,” says Simon Gresswell, vice president, licensing, Europe, IMG Worldwide. “BLE’s new format, which puts brands in their own dedicated space, was a significant influence on our client’s decision to exhibit and we are looking forward to a vibrant and successful show as ever."

Among the other properties that will join MLB in the Brands section are adidas-A.C. Milan, adidas-Real Madrid, Manchester United Merchandising, Chupa Chups,

Automobili Lamborghini, NBA Europe, The Royal Ballet, Discovery and Maui & Sons.
