The Mail Gives Out Beano Sampler

DC Thomson created a special edition of The Beano comic book that appeared as a free sampler in The Mail on Sunday. 

“This is the first time we’ve sampled The Beano as widely as this,” says Cathy Frossard, marketing manager, DC Thomson. “The Mail opens The Beano up to a wide-ranging audience, and we’re hoping that, with over 1.5 million copies of The Beano having gone out, we’ll reach new readers.”
