LIMA to Feature Saban’s Dekel

 

Elie Dekel, president of Saban Brands will be featured at the Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association upcoming webinar about avoiding cultural miscues when developing new products.

Dekel, alongside Jessica Metcalfe, blogger of “Beyond Buckskin” and Adrienne Keene, blogger of “Native Appropriations,” will discuss how the Paul Frank brand went through a learning process with the Native American community, and the broader lessons that can be learned.

“Thinking About Cultural Cues–And How to Avoid Mishaps” will take place May 15. LIMA webinars are free for LIMA members and $200 for non-members.
