Licensing Vet Launches New Firm

 

Former Scholastic and Marvel executive Christopher Ursin has launched a new boutique branding consultancy, Trident Branding Group.

The agency will work across three businesses: celebrity licensing, celebrity endorsements and corporate brands, for which TBG will develop, re-launch or enhance existing licensing programs.

Ursin most recently served as director of consumer products at Scholastic. Prior to that he was vice president of brand licensing for Brand Asset Group, a Warner Music Group joint venture, and was director of licensing at Marvel Entertainment.
