Knockout Adds to ‘Downton’ Lineup

With the fourth season of “Downton Abbey” set to begin airing in the U.S. Sunday, Knockout Licensing has added two new licensees for the period drama.

Fifth Sun will create screen-printed and embellished Downton Abbey t-shirts, fashion tops, thermal and fleece as well as seasonal specialty apparel such as cricket sweaters; and Department 56, a division of Enesco, has been granted the right to make miniature Downton Abbey holiday villages.

“We are looking forward to working with Fifth Sun and Department 56 on a wide range of fun, creative and beautiful products,” says Brad Wald, chief commercial officer, NBCUniversal International Television Production.

“Downton Abbey” airs on PBS Masterpiece in the U.S.
