Brand strategy agency IMC has promoted two members of its management team to the position of vice president: Emily Wickerham will now serve as vice president of client services and Kim Steadman will take on the role of vice president of partner development.
Wickerham has been with IMC for more than seven years, most recently as senior director of client services. In her new role, she will continue to manage client services, and will lead the development of several new services for the company. She also will be assuming additional business development responsibilities.
Steadman also has been with IMC for more than seven years, most recently as senior director of partner development. In her new position, she will continue to manage partner development with an expanded team, and will also be responsible for new business development for the company overall.
“As is often the case, these promotions formalize what has already been happening, with both Emily and Kim playing key leadership roles for us over the past year,” says Carla E. Dearing, managing director and chief executive officer, IMC. “These promotions recognize the widely acknowledged passion and expertise they bring to our clients, all the while weaving us together as a cohesive and effective team on our clients’ behalf.”
