¡Hola! Says Hello to U.S. TV Market

¡Hola! TV, a new Spanish-language TV channel based on the lifestyle and entertainmentcontent of the magazines ¡Hola! and Hello!, will launch on DIRECTV May 1.

DIRECTV is the first provider to carry the channel in the U.S., six months after its launch in Latin America. 

¡Hola! TV’s annual programming includes more than 500 hours of original content.

“Our goal has always been to position ¡Hola! TV as a trusted and respected source for celebrity news and exclusives for both the Latin American and U.S. audiences,” says Ignacio Sanz de Acedo, chief executive officer and general manager, ¡Hola! TV.  “We are excited that our agreement with DIRECTV will immediately provide our modern and interactive broadcast content to our loyal ¡Hola! magazine fans throughout the United States.”
