Historic Royal Palaces Inspires Gifting Range

Halcyon Days’ new line will highlight the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace and other famous British landmarks.

EUROPE–Historic Royal Palaces has partnered with Halcyon Days to bring famous British landmarks to a new range of gifts.

Historic Royal Palaces is the independent charity that cares for the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Banqueting House, Kensington Palace, Kew Palace and Hillsborough Castle.

Halcyon Days’ new collection consists of fine bone china mugs featuring designs inspired by the Crown Jewels, architectural drawings of Hampton Court Palace and a stained-glass window in the palace’s Great Watching Chamber, as well as collectible ceramic baubles showcasing similar designs.

The range also includes enameled cuffs and silk scarves, with designs referencing Hampton Court Palace, Henry VIII’s Astronomical clock and the Royal Beast statues located in the palace’s Chapel Court Garden. The Tower of London and Yeoman Warders, the Tower’s ceremonial guardians, are also featured across the collection.

“We are incredibly excited to launch this new collection from our successful partnership with Historic Royal Palaces, which is now in its 10th year,” says Pamela Harper, chairman and chief executive officer, Halcyon Days. “The palaces provide a wealth of inspiration for our collections and ewe very much look forward to a continuing partnership.”

The new gifting range will be available through the Halcyon Days store in The Royal Exchange, its concessions in Harrods, Fortnum and Mason and other gift retailers and online partners. Selected items will also be available on the Historic Royal Palaces’ e-commerce site, HistoricRoyalPalaces.com, and in on-site palace shops.

“This latest collection from Halcyon Days yet again demonstrates their excellence in design and quality in craftsmanship,” says Emma Saunders, head of retail business development, Historic Royal Palaces. “This brand partnership continues to enable us to share the rich history of the palaces in our care through reaching wider retail audiences.”
