Halo Consumer Products and developer 343 Industries have teamed up with four new licensees for products inspired by the "Halo" video game franchise ranging from gaming headsets to motorcycle helmets.
Audio brand Skullcandy and its Astro Gaming division will develop several new products for the brand in a new multi-year partnership. Planned products include branded headsets and speaker tags in support of the latest "Halo" releases.
The National Entertainment Collectibles Association has a wide range of products now available worldwide including 1:4 scale action figures, mini-figures, Department of Transportation-approved motorcycle helmets, prop replicas, board games and HeroClix miniature games for a variety of consoles.
Halo will be included in the first series of Japanese toymaker Bandai's new construction toy line SprüKits, which are action figure model kits.
Finally, Gallery Books and 343 Industries are planning a multi-year co-publishing program. Already a New York Times-bestselling series, all-new canonical tales in the Halo expanded universe will be published across the Gallery Books, Pocket Books, and Pocket Star imprints in a variety of print and digital formats.
