The Fung Business Intelligence Centre, the research arm of the Hong Kong-based consumer products supplier Fung Group, has appointed Deborah Weinswig as executive director and head of global retail research and intelligence.
The Fung Business Intelligence Centre, known for its analysis of the Chinese market, is a knowledge bank for Fung Group companies and their networks of business partners, scholars and government officials around the world.
Weinswig is an award-winning global retail analyst and a specialist in retail innovation and technology. She will strengthen the centre's ability to provide insights into disruptive technology trends and innovation that is reshaping the global landscape for the retail industry worldwide such as omni-channel sales and improvements in supply chain efficiencies.
Weinswig previously held positions at Citi Research.
