Firefly Launches Consumer Products Unit

Firefly Consumer Products will support manufacturers in acquiring licenses and brands.

Firefly Brand Management has expanded its company with the launch of a new division–Firefly Consumer Products.

The newly established division will be spearheaded by Firefly’s president and founder, Cynthia Modders, and will be devoted to assisting manufactures in identifying licenses and brands to create long-term expansions and drive revenue growth, as well as strategic development, solicitation and negation of possible acquisitions.

Firefly Brand Management will continue to focus on brand management and securing licensing deals for its portfolio of clients.

“We are a full-service licensing business,” says Modders. “Establishing this expansion not only permits our seasoned team to extend our capabilities with our clients, but we can now further exploit and build on our extensive relationships with key manufacturers in all areas including, but not limited to, the interactive, entertainment, technology and music industries. This is truly an exciting time for us and our clients as we take brands a step further.”

Firefly Consumer Products will make its first project announcement at Licensing Expo, June 21-23, at the Mandalay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev.
