The fashion magazine ELLE has launched a new online dating service in partnership with HowAboutWe.com.
The Elle Dating platform encourages singles to meet offline by finishing the phrase "How about we..." with the date they'd like to go on, then connect and get together.
ELLE Dating members also get one-on-one matchmaking services from the magazine's long-time relationship expert E. Jean Carroll, author of Ask E. Jean, the longest-running advice column in American publishing.
The service will be offered on a subscription basis and also features phone consultations, dating feedback and date planning services.
The co-branded experience will live on ELLE.com and will also feature dating-focused editorial content from the magazine.
"ELLE Dating embraces our mission of inspiring women to explore and celebrate their unique style in all aspects of their lives,” says Robbie Myers, editor-in-chief, ELLE. “The ELLE woman is proactive, vibrant and successful, and she champions ambition and success in both her professional and personal life. We're excited to partner with HowAboutWe to help our readers discover the relationships they want."
