J.C. Penney is unveiling its revamped home department today in 500 of its 1,100 stores across the U.S.
The trial over the rights to the Martha Stewart brand between Macy's and J.C. Penney began Wednesday in New York and is scheduled to take three weeks.
JCPenney is adding to its growing portfolio of leading brands this spring with the debut of Canada's Joe Fresh, alongside a series of other high profile collaborations.
