Bulldog Adds Plants vs. Zombies Partner

 

Accessories 4 Technology has signed on to feature the digital brand Plants vs. Zombies on a range of gaming peripherals, in a deal brokered by Bulldog Licensing.

Under the new deal, A4T will produce tablet, smartphone and game peripherals, as well as speakers and headphones featuring “Plants vs. Zombies” characters.

“‘Plants vs. Zombies’ is hugely popular amongst gamers, so this is a fantastic deal,” says Rob Corney, managing director, Bulldog. “It is the latest in a string of agreements we have recently put together and further evidence of just how much potential this property has. Not only does PvZ have a huge install base, it also has highly engaging characters, unique personality and humor–all the elements that make up a great brand.”

Bulldog Licensing is currently building a comprehensive licensing program for the brand across Europe that already includes plush and figures from Jazwares, adult apparel and accessories from Bioworld and posters from GB Eye. Additional categories set to launch this year include apparel, publishing, homewares and collectibles.

A sequel game is also due for release later this year.
