Brand Licensing Europe is partnering with the Sports Merchandise and Marketing Exhibition (SMMEX) to provide new opportunities for attendees of both shows.
The new collaboration will enable brand owners that exhibit at BLE to attend SMMEX to network and meet new partners, while SMMEX exhibitors will be able to do the same at BLE.
SMMEX is scheduled to take place March 10 at London’s Wembley Stadium, and will host more than 140 manufacturers and suppliers of sporting merchandise and marketing services; BLE is set for Oct. 7-9 at Olympia in London. BLE is Europe’s leading licensing event, which brings together 280-plus brand owners with more than 7,200 retailers, licensees and sales promotion professionals.

The show may have started for the sports teams, but a mug or kids’ toy is as relevant to an entertainment brand as it is to any sports club, so the event has grown to welcome all kinds of people. The shows will also jointly host a seminar and networking event March 9 at Wembley Stadium, prior to SMMEX.
