Atlantyca Entertainment has launched a new intellectual property division that will serve as an extension of its animation and production arm.
The new division was established to focus on the sales and acquisitions of Atlantyca’s catalog of unexploited children’s publishing properties including Agatha Mistery, Minerva Mint, Enchanted Emporium and Lily Lace.
Atlantyca Entertainment’s Lucia Geraldine Scott has been appointed as sales manager for the new division.
“As our own in-house schedule is packed with our current production slate that includes ‘Geronimo Stilton’ season three and ‘Bat Pat’ schedules (with others in our pipeline), we formed the Atlantyca IP Agency as a dedicated entity to find third party partners,” says Caterina Vacchi, head of production department, executive producer, Atlantyca Entertainment. “We see the immense value these various titles offer and we quickly recognized Lucia as the ideal person to pursue the new possibilities. Lucia’s in-depth knowledge of our library and her years of production and development experience with our company made her the ideal candidate to spearhead our newest initiatives.”
